March 17 marks 30 years since the suicide bombing at the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where a powerful explosive shattered the building, taking 29 lives.

Two years later, a subsequent terror attack using the same methods, this time at Buenos Aires’ Jewish Community Centre (AMIA), killed 85 and injured more than 300 innocent civilians, the deadliest terrorist attack in Argentinian history.

Hezbollah, a Lebanese terrorist organization, claimed responsibility for both attacks.
